Returns
At Alpex, we aim to make returns as simple and transparent as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about returning an item purchased through our official webshop: www.alpexco.com
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
▪️The item is unused and in original, unworn condition
▪️All tags and labels are intact
▪️The item is returned in its proper packaging
▪️You contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
▪️The return is received by us within 30 days of delivery
▪️Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A return label will be included with your order confirmation email for your convenience
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges (e.g. for a different size or color).
If you wish to exchange an item, please:
1. Return the original item by following the return process below
2. Place a new order for the desired item or size
How to Return an Item
1. Contact us before returning your order, so that we can help you as best as possible.
2. – Please include your order number and reason for return
3. Wait for confirmation and return instructions from us
4. Ship the item securely using a tracked shipping service
– Items returned without prior contact will not be accepted

International Returns
If returning an item from outside your country, please clearly mark the package as
“RETURNED GOODS” to avoid customs charges.
Any customs fees incurred will be deducted from your refund.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed.
