PLEASE BE AWARE THAT WE DO NOT KNOW THE EXACT DATE OF WHEN THE ORDER IS BEING SENT, BUT WE WILL KEEP YOU UPDATED, AND WE EXPECT THE LATEST TO BE AT THE START OF OCTOBER.

When will I receive my order?

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Denmark.
We ship Monday to Friday on business days.

Estimated delivery time:

▪️Denmark: 1–3 business days

▪️Other selected European countries: up to 7 business days

▪️Countries overseas, USA, Canada and so on, may take longer time, up to 3 weeks. 

Please note: delivery times may vary slightly depending on destination, local conditions, and carrier operations.

Please note that for all orders shipped to destinations outside the European Union, the recipient is responsible for any local sales taxes, customs duties, and brokerage fees. These charges are typically collected upon delivery and are not included in your order total. We are unable to advise on the exact amount, so please check with your local customs office before placing an order.

 

How can I track my order?

Once your order is packed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email that allows you to follow your package's journey, through a link at the bottom of our website.

 

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at alpexoff@gmail.com with a clear description and photo documentation of the issue. We will assess the situation and respond with a suitable solution.

Please note: Alpex is not responsible for damage caused by improper washing or care. Always follow the care instructions provided to maintain the quality and durability of your items.

 

My package hasn’t arrived

Please check your tracking number provided via email to see the status of your shipment.
For deliveries within Denmark, your order should arrive within 1–3 business days after dispatch. If it hasn’t arrived by then, we recommend contacting the delivery service directly.

If the tracking shows the package as “delivered” but you have not received it, contact delivery service immediately.
